Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Fundraising Events

Fundraising with Raising Cane’s

Here’s how it works:

1. Contact Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers at 952.432.8700 and speak with the Manager on Duty (preferably not during our busy lunch hour between 11 am – 1:30 pm).
2. We will work with you to determine which day and time works best for you and the restaurant. Our fundraising events can be held any day of the week, but only one organization will have the opportunity for a fundraising activity that day. Raising Cane’s General Manager approval is required to finalize your date. Advance notice of at least 30 days is preferred to best suit your needs.
3. Upon receipt of written approval of confirmed date, you should begin to inform your members and begin marketing the event. The overall success of the fundraiser is dependent on the communication within your organization.
4. On the day of your event, all your group members need to do is inform the cashier at the drive thru window or lobby the name of your organization and we will do the rest. For every Combo sold to your organization at full price, we will donate 10% of sales for the period back to your organization.
5. Within 4 weeks, you will receive your check in the amount generated from your event.

Who qualifies for our fundraising events?

Basically any organization that has good intentions for raising money, such as charities, faith based organizations, schools and school groups, sport teams, scouting groups, first responders, community groups, civic organizations and other organizations may apply for a fundraising event in our restaurant. Ideally the organization is recognized as a tax-exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service. Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny any request for a fundraising event for any reason. Prior to the event we will ask that you provide us with certain information regarding your organization for our tax records.

Tips for a successful event:

1. Inform your organization the day and location of the fundraiser through newsletters, announcements, posters, flyers, emails, personal calls and all other forms of communication.
2. Send out reminders the day before the event.
3. Have fun with this special day and have your members wear your organizations color and gear.
4. Make sure your members understand that they need to inform our cashiers when ordering the ANY Combo that they are there supporting your organization.
