Love Chicken, LLC is a Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger Franchise based in Minnesota. It’s first restaurant opened February 22, 2007 at the intersection of Cedar Ave. and County Road 42 in Apple Valley Minnesota at near record volumes. Raising Cane’s focused menu of High Quality Chicken Fingers, Premium Crinkle Cut French Fries, and Thick Texas Toast which are cooked to order and served with Cane’s Home made Special Dipping Sauce and Creamy Cole Slaw along with chilled Beverages served with soft chewable crushed ice make for a truly remarkable and memorable dining experience.

The most important part of Raising Cane's is giving back. We want to be involved in your community. We want to be a "Ma and Pa" restaurant. Even though Raising Cane's is a franchise it is our goal for every store to be involved in the community and local charities. 

The Apple Valley Management Team consists of a Highly Focused and Dedicated Management.

Plans are currently underway to add additional locations throughout the Minnesota Marketplace. The second Minnesota Raising Cane's Chicken Finger Restaurant, www.raisingcanesuofm.com,  located 1 block from the new University of Minnesota Gopher Stadium, opened in February 2008. The intention is to develop 12 – 15 additional units over the coming 2 – 3 years as the appropriate locations are identified.
